• Delivery Time : Orders are usually delivered the same day or next day.
• Shipping charges : 1 KD delivery charge

Please make sure to provide complete and correct address details ( including area, block, street and building/house number).
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Products damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive your returned product, we will process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.
